Created by Kenyan, Jacqueline Olesi Christiansen, Kubuni Scandinavia is home to a contemporary collection of design in various forms, including homewares and gifts – all handpicked from a pool of renown Scandinavian designers and a few international talent.
Inspired by her stay in Denmark and its eclectic style, together with her passion for uniqueness and high quality, Jacqueline and her sister Diana, who lives in Kenya have created a unique online destination for people who love to live through design. Kubuni Scandinavia was born from an appreciation for superior craftsmanship, design aesthetics, form and above all design functionality of the Scandinavian designers. The design is unique and elegant, at the same time, simplicity and high utility value is the common denominator for the Scandinavian products.

The web shop was opened in 2014. The products are currently marketed and sold via the online shop; however, our intention is to open a flag shop in Nairobi soon.
